Gotland Film Lab offers three, two- to three-week long residencies between October 1 and December 15. Autumn Open Call Deadline: August 10, 2015.
Gotland Film Lab residency invites national and international emerging and mid- career professionals to apply from the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) as well as Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Gotland Film Lab is a 1–3 year project aimed at developing new, sustainable methods of supporting filmmakers and artists and creating a laboratory for artistic experiments and interdisciplinary collaborations. It has been piloted in collaboration with BAC–Baltic Art Center, the Baltic Centre for Writers and Translators, Film on Gotland and the film studio Kustateljén in Fårösund and the Visby International Centre for Composers.
The autumn call is co-organized with BAC and Gotland Film Lab/Kustateljén in Fårösund.
